Refunds and Returns Policy
We will happily refund or exchange any clothing or accessories that you are not entirely satisfied with within 28 days of purchase in store or 14 of purchase online. In order for us to process your refund we will need a valid proof of purchase and the item will need to be returned unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition.
We can only process refunds via the original payment method used for the purchase, card refunds can take up to 7 days to reach your account.
Should you wish to return the item via post then postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit, for this reason we recommend sending items via recorded delivery. Please enclose a letter with your contact details, proof of purchase and reason for return.
Please note that the following items are non-returnable Gift vouchers, Personalised items (embossed or engraved), Special orders, Items that due to their use would be unhygienic to return eg. Ear plugs, whistles.
