How to find us
Our premises is located in the heart of Salisbury City Centre on Milford Street, Salisbury as a city is easily accessible from all major road routes including the M3,A303,M4 & M5.
There are several large car parks within 200-300yards of the shop as well as metered parking bays directly outside. A member of staff will be more than willing to assist you to your car with bulky purchases such as cartridges & gun cabinets.
Salisbury also boasts a modern train station with trains calling from London & South West lines daily, for example we are 1.5 hours train journey from London Waterloo.
The shop is a quick 5 minute taxi journey from the train station or a pleasant 15 minute walk taking in the sights & sounds of this famous medieval city on your way.
Before traveling it is always advisable to check that we have the item you want in stock!

Refund/Returns Policy
Instore purchases
We will happily refund or exchange any clothing or accessories that you are not entirely satisfied with within 28 days of purchase. In order for us to process your refund we will need a valid proof of purchase and the item will need to be returned unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition.
We can only process refunds via the original payment method used for the purchase, card refunds can take up to 7 days to reach your account.
Should you wish to return the item via post then postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit, for this reason we recommend sending items via recorded delivery. Please enclose a letter with your contact details, proof of purchase and reason for return. Please note that we are currently having to quarantine deliveries for 72hours before opening, this may delay the time it takes for us to refund you.

• Special orders
• Items that due to their use would be unhygienic to return eg. Ear plugs, whistles

Online purchases

Faulty items
In the rare event of an item being faulty or not what you ordered please contact us as soon as you receive the goods on 01722 333 795 or via info@greenfieldguns.com. Please then post the item back to us following the postal guidelines for online returns set above. We will refund the cost of postage to the value of recorded delivery and organise a replacement or repair as soon as possible.
Please note that our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
