A brief background of our company.

Our premises in Milford Street have been used as a gunsmiths for more than fifty years by Chamberlain, Jeffery's of Guildford, and, since 1960 Greenfields of Salisbury. Firstly under the ownership of Kenneth W. Greenfield, and latterly since its sale in 1997, by Alan Pike, who started here in 1972 and trained as a gunsmith. The Greenfield family had been involved in the London gun trade since the turn of the last century, but Ken Greenfield moved to Salisbury in 1960, buying the business from Jeffery's. The shop became successful, and earned a good reputation for selling quality used English guns. As a result of close links with both firms, we also own the records and names of B. Halliday & Co., and A Chamberlain.

We currently have 5 full-time staff, including owner Alan Pike. We keep a good range of used English guns, in all price ranges, and are Official Stockists for high quality makers such as Perazzi, Beretta, Browning, Miroku, Blaser, MacNab, AYA, Sauer, Remington and Ruger, among others. We provide high quality service to match these items, and offer full gun fitting and alterations on the premises, alongside general repairs, to most shotguns and rifle. In addition to shotguns and rifles, we also stock a full range of complementary accessories and clothing, by all leading makers, for example Schoffel, Musto and Barbour.
